- I was looking through comp.sys.amiga.programmer on Usenet today when an
- idea hit me:
-
- Why not try to get some of the Amiga people interested in BAD MOOD?
-
- In general c.s.amiga.p has a lot to offer us Atari programmers as well and
- the discussions are often a lot more interesting than on c.s.atari.p.
- You can often find dozens of articles on texture mapping and 3D graphics
- for instance. (There are also lots of articles about chunky to planar
- conversion, which us Falcon users don't have to worry much about. ;-)
-
- If we decide to contact the Amiga people (and I can see no reason why not),
- we should probably write a rather technical 'press release' and include
- quite a bit of data on performance. They seem to like fps very much. ;-)
-
- Since they'd have to do c2p to get any output (the standard Amiga has no
- equivalent of Falcon TC mode), we should try to give figures for performance
- without involving the actual drawing to the screen.
-
-
- Starting Friday morning, I'm going to be on the other side of the Atlantic
- for about a week and a half, so I can't volunteer to write our 'press release'
- until after that.
